Privacy
This page says what happens to your data on midadapp.com. It is short because there is not much to say.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no tracking pixels. Nobody is counting your visits, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What your browser keeps
Two things, both on your own device. When you pick a language, the site stores that choice in your browser so the homepage opens in that language next time. It also keeps a copy of pages you have visited so they load faster and still open if your connection drops. Clearing your browser data removes both.
The project form
The form asks for your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number, the service you need and an optional note. We use them to reply to you, and for nothing else.
Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it is filled in by a person and not a bot. Resend, an email service, then delivers the message to our inbox. Each handles this data under its own rules: the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum and the Resend privacy policy.
Our inbox is a Google mail account. We keep your message there so we can reply and follow up. If you want it deleted, write to contact@midadapp.com and we will delete it.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you write to us on WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy. A phone call or an email reaches us directly, and we keep it the same way as a message from the form.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any host, Vercel sees the technical details of each request: your IP address, a location worked out from it, and information about your device and browser. Vercel describes this in its privacy policy. We do not use that data.
Your rights
Moroccan law 09-08 protects personal data. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. That goes for anyone writing from abroad too. Send the request to contact@midadapp.com from the address you used, and we will answer it. The authority in Morocco is the CNDP.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
