These terms cover the use of midadapp.com. Project work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.
What this site is
midadapp.com presents web development, brand identity, SEO and growth services offered by independent freelancers in Morocco. The pages describe the work. They are not a contract and not a quote: scope, price and timing are agreed per project.
Using the content
The text, images and code of this site belong to MidadApp unless stated otherwise. You may read it, link to it and quote short passages with a credit. Copying pages, images or code to publish elsewhere needs our written agreement. Client names, logos and screenshots on the work pages belong to those clients.
Project work
Every project starts with a written agreement, by email or WhatsApp, that sets the scope, the price, the timing and what each side delivers. That agreement governs the work, not this page. We do not promise search positions, traffic or sales; no one can.
Links to other sites
The site links to live client sites and to a few services we use. Those sites are run by their owners under their own terms. We answer for this site only.
Changes and availability
We may change, move or remove pages at any time, and the site may be offline for maintenance. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
Law and disputes
Moroccan law applies to these terms. If something goes wrong, write to contact@midadapp.com first; most problems are settled by email. What cannot be settled that way goes to the Moroccan courts.
